Hospital Equipment definition

Hospital Equipment means all equipment, machinery, computers, tools vehicles, software (to the extent assigned to Xxxxx from the District), furniture or other tangible personal property owned by the District and used by Xxxxx in connection with the Hospitals at the Real Property.
Hospital Equipment means the equipment required to be installed in the Hospital to provide the Project Facilities specified in Schedule B and to comply with the Specifications and Standards specified in Schedule C;
