Horizon Facility means that certain Amended and Restated Venture Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of March 25, 2011, as amended to the date of the Agreement, among Horizon Technology Finance Corporation, a Delaware corporation, Horizon Credit I LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as lenders, and Borrower.
