All courses will be purchased on a \u201cwhole course\u201d basis where the appointed deliverer will be commissioned to deliver the course and CERT will be responsible for recruiting participants to the courses. CERT will arrange and meet the costs of venue and any catering and participant costs. Individual places and courses are not included within this framework. Each course will include: Course development Delivery of courses All course materials Any accreditation appropriate Securing feedback from participants using CERT\u2019s monitoring and evaluation framework Providing daily attendance records promptly Travel expenses for tutors CERT will meet the costs of venues, catering and any participant costs. There is a two stage structure to CERT\u2019s supplier framework: The approval of organisations who are eligible to supply CERT The commissioning of individual courses and supports. Only approved suppliers will be commissioned to deliver courses/supports. Providers are invited to join the framework. To do so, they are invited to set out information on their organisation, its skills, experience and capability to deliver high quality, relevant courses and supports to suit our client needs. To apply to join CERT\u2019s framework, organisations should complete the form attached as an annex. This is completed in two sections.
