Home Wiring. Franchisee shall comply with all applicable FCC requirements, including any notice requirements, with respect to home wiring. Prior to a Subscriber’s termination of Cable Service, the Franchisee will not restrict the ability of a Subscriber to remove, replace, rearrange or maintain any cable wiring located within the interior space of the Subscriber’s dwelling unit, so long as such actions are consistent with FCC standards. The Franchisee may require a reasonable indemnity and release of liability in favor of the Franchisee from a Subscriber for wiring that is installed by such Subscriber.

Examples of Home Wiring in a sentence

  • The Home Wiring is and will remain the personal property of Customer or, where units and in-unit wiring are individual owned, the unit owner (“Resident Owned Wiring”).

  • Only work performed by an authorized contractor dispatched by Evergy is eligible for stated Service coverage, payment and/or contractor discounts offered through Home Wiring Services.

  • If you discontinue your Home Wiring Repair Deluxe Service and wish to re-initiate the service at the same address at a later date, there will be a $150 reinstatement fee payable at the time of service re-initiation.

  • No service will be provided unless your Home Wiring Repair Deluxe account balance is current.
