Home Television Territory definition

Home Television Territory means the territory further described in Addendum A-1.
Home Television Territory means the area within which the Team has television and marketing rights under MLB Rules and Regulations as may be amended by MLB from time to time, which is currently defined, as of the date hereof, as (a) the State of Alabama, (b) the State of Georgia, (c) the State of Tennessee, (d) the State of South Carolina, (e) the State of Mississippi except for the Mobile, AL -Pensacola, FL ADI county of Gxxxxx, and (f) the State of North Carolina excluding all ADI counties east of Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Charlotte.
Home Television Territory means the area within which Licensee has television and marketing rights under MLB Rules and Regulations as may be amended by MLB from time to time, which is defined as of the Signature Date, as (a) the northern half of California from the northern border of San Xxxx Obispo, Xxxx and San Bernardino counties, (b) the State of Nevada; (c) the southern Oregon counties of Coos, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Klamath, Lake, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx and Malheur, and (d) the State of Hawaii.
