The Home Run Wiring is and will remain the personal property of Customer.
Association further represents and warrants that: (c) it has the legal right and authority to grant Starry the rights provided to it hereunder, including without limitation the grant of the License and the right to interconnect with and the Home Run Wiring at the Property as needed for Starry to deliver the Services, and (d) it is not a party to any agreement for the “bulk” or exclusive provision of high-speed Internet access services or marketing at the Property.
Starry will maintain, repair, and replace as needed, the System and the Starry Installed Home Run Wiring at its sole cost and expense, except to the extent that such maintenance, repair, or replacement is required due to damage caused by Association or its agents.
Owner hereby grants to Operator reasonable access to the Property, as described in Sections 1, 2.2 and 3.1; and to install Home Run Wiring and External Wiring, with Operator to retain ownership of the same upon installation.
In order to facilitate Dealer’s use of existing infrastructure for the provision of DIRECTV Services as set forth in this Agreement, Owner agrees to take commercially reasonable steps, including when appropriate use of the Inside Wiring Rules, to gain control over existing Home Run Wiring at the Property and to make that existing wiring available for Dealer’s use in distributing DIRECTV Services to Residents.

The Home Run Wiring will be provided by and remain the property of Association, provided that Starry shall have the non-exclusive right to access and use the Home Run Wiring during the Term.
Owner further agrees that it will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any equipment installed or used by Owner or by any third party at the Property shall not interfere with the Distribution Plant, the Home Run Wiring or any of the Services.
Subject to Association’s prior approval, if Starry elects to install any Home Run Wiring (“Starry Installed Home Run Wiring”), ownership of the same will pass to Association when installation is complete, provided that Starry will have the exclusive right to access and use the Starry Installed Home Run Wiring during the Term.
To facilitate Operator’s use of existing infrastructure to deliver Services, Owner agrees to take all reasonable steps, including use of the “Inside Wiring Rules” (FCC regulations at 47 C.F.R. §§ 76.800, et seq.), to gain control of existing Home Run Wiring at the Property and to make such wiring available for Operator’s distribution of Services to Occupants.
