Home Resort definition

Home Resort means a Resort at which a person has Vacation Ownership or a Resort at which a person is assigned Vacation Time for the purpose of depositing such Vacation Time with RCI.

Home Resort means the resort at which the Individual Member owns a Vacation Interest. When the Individual Member owns a Vacation Interest at more than one resort, the term “Home Resort” is used to identify the resort at which a unit week or its equivalent in points is being relinquished to effectuate an exchange.

Home Resort means the camping resort to which the purchaser has purchased a right of membership. The term does not include a resort that a purchaser may use as a result of a reciprocal program among operators.

• The Home Resort Priority Period begins 365 days and ends 335 days (approximately 12 to 11 months) in advance of the start date of the relevant Vacation Time.

• Members with the applicable Deposit Trading Power who make an Exchange Request into their Home Resort or Home Group, receive priority over other Members who do not own Vacation Time at that Home Resort or Home Group.

• If the Member’s Home Resort or Home Group is affiliated with the Program, it must be in full compliance with all terms of any applicable resort affiliation agreement, as determined by RCI.

• In some circumstances, RCI may deem a Home Resort to be part of a “Home Group” if the Home Resort is under common ownership or control with another Affiliated Resort.

• A Club Member who owns a Timeshare Interest at Northstar Lodge~Hyatt Residence Club may make up to two (2) reservations for Floating Time during the Home Resort Preference Period (Float) (up to eleven (11) days); however, the Member may only reserve within the Member’s same Unit type during the Home Resort Preference Period (Float).

Home Resort means a resort at which an RCI Member owns Holiday Time or a resort at which an RCI Member has deposited Holiday Time.
