Home Company definition

Home Company or “Cimpress”) and Cornelis Xxxxx Xxxxxx (“you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions specifically applicable to your assignment by Home Company to carry out your employment with Home Company from the offices of Cimpress France SARL (“Host Company”) located in Paris, France (“Host Country”) for a term of twenty-four (24) months (subject to earlier termination as described below) commencing on the Assignment Effective Date (as defined below).
Home Company means the Entity an employee is primarily contracted with, irrespective if this employee is assigned or seconded to another Entity, whether to the JV Entity or VW Member or QS or any Affiliate of any of the aforementioned, as the case may be.
Home Company means the BOC Group Inc., a Delaware Corporation; (where we refer to The BOC Group Inc in this schedule we may also use the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
