HOLYHEAD PORT definition

HOLYHEAD PORT means all of the freehold and leasehold property belonging to Stena Line Ports at the port of Holyhead, Isle of Anglesey, Gwynedd as is more particularly described in the Holyhead Charge;

  • MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;

This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.

  • WOj means the lowest performance (expressed as a percentage) among the Indices as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula: Mini = 1 to 2 Where:

  • SETA means a sector education and training authority established in terms of section 9(1) of the Skills Development Act, 1998, and defined as such in section 1 of that Act;

  • Legionella means a genus of bacteria, some species of which have caused a type of pneumonia called Legionnaires Disease.

  • Name of Public Employer means “Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, for the use and benefit of Institution Name, Using Agency”

  • NCLT means the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench;
