Holiday Properties definition

Holiday Properties means the Properties located on the Land described in Exhibit A-7 and Exhibits A-89 through and including A-92 attached hereto.
Holiday Properties means Holiday Properties, an Ohio general partnership between Kukk and Xxxxxx X.

Related to Holiday Properties

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Initial Properties means collectively the Properties listed on Schedule 1.1 and “Initial Property” means any of such Properties.
