Holdings Subordinated Note Documents definition

Holdings Subordinated Note Documents means the Holdings Subordinated Note Indenture and all Holdings Subordinated Notes issued pursuant thereto.
Holdings Subordinated Note Documents means all instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Holdings Subordinated Notes or providing for any other right in respect thereof.

  • Subordinated Indebtedness Documents means any document, agreement or instrument evidencing any Subordinated Indebtedness or entered into in connection with any Subordinated Indebtedness.

  • Senior Subordinated Indebtedness means the Securities and any other Indebtedness of the Company that specifically provides that such Indebtedness is to rank pari passu with the Securities in right of payment and is not subordinated by its terms in right of payment to any Indebtedness or other obligation of the Company which is not Senior Indebtedness.

  • Credit Facility Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Facility, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Additional Senior Debt Documents means, with respect to any series, issue or class of Additional Senior Debt, the promissory notes, indentures, Collateral Documents or other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Indebtedness, including the Senior Collateral Documents.
