Holding Trust Agreement definition

Holding Trust Agreement means the Trust Agreement relating to the Holding Trust dated as of January 11, 2023, between the Seller and the Owner Trustee, as amended and restated as of August 6, 2023, as the same may be further amended and supplemented from time to time.
