Holding Shares definition

Holding Shares means any and all issued and outstanding ordinary shares in the share capital of Holding;
Holding Shares means the Shares in respect of which an Award has Vested, and which are subject to a Holding Period as determined under rule 2.4 or imposed under rule 14;
Holding Shares is defined in Article 13.1.

Holding Shares refers to: (i) the capital stock, membership, partnership, limited liability or other equity interests of a Holding Company; and/or (ii) the Member Shares.
