HMG Note definition

HMG Note means that certain Subordinated Promissory Note due December 31, 2013 in the original principal amount of $1,500,000 dated December 31, 2012 and issued by the Borrower to Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, as amended on or prior to the Closing Date and in effect on the Closing Date.
