Hiring Reward definition
Hiring Reward. The premium payable to a Recruiter upon a Placement, which is displayed on the Marketplace and calculated as the Hiring Premium announced by the employer minus Our Commission. Also referred to as “Premium”.
Hiring Reward. : means the premium set and acknowledged by an Employer when submitting a Vacancy – either for a Permanent Recruitment or Project contract, payable by the Employer to the Recruiter upon the hiring of a Candidate. A Candidate is considered as hired when he has signed an employment contract with the Employer. Once set, the Hiring Reward may be increased but may not be reduced. Also referred to as “Premium” or “Reward”.
