Nothing contained in these Conditions of Hire shall confer on a regular Hirer the right to exclusive possession and the Council may at its discretion allow other individuals and groups to have casual use of the venue.
Supervision and instruction of all participants brought into the Centre by the Hirer or Responsible Person(s) is entirely their responsibility.
