Hired Plant definition

Hired Plant means any plant, machinery, tools or equipment detailed in the Quotation and any and all plant, machinery, tools or equipment that the Company agrees to supply to the Customer under the Contract pursuant to Clause 3.4 but excluding (in each case) the Company Plant;

Examples of Hired Plant in a sentence

  • A Hired Plant and Operator Checklist are to be completed by Works Manager before the commencement of hire on all plant.
