Hired Plant definition

Hired Plant means any plant, machinery, tools or equipment detailed in the Quotation and any and all plant, machinery, tools or equipment that the Company agrees to supply to the Customer under the Contract pursuant to Clause 3.4 but excluding (in each case) the Company Plant;

  • Construction Vehicles and Mobile Plant (including Hired Plant) • The Principal Contractor shall ensure that all construction vehicles and mobile plant, whether owned or hired, complies with the applicable legislation and requirements of the OHSA and applicable regulations.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.
