Hire Price definition

Hire Price means the rental payment(s) payable by the Customer to the Supplier for the hire of the Goods as set out on the Order Form;
Hire Price means the total price which you pay for the hire of the vehicle, including any extras. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Hire Price means the price payable for the hire of the Plant and Equipment calculated in accordance with the Hire Rates set out in the Schedule. The period of hire the machinery is charged for will be calculated in accordance with the minimum charge period specified in the Schedule or having regard to the actual time the machinery is used, at the sole discretion of the Owner.

  • The Hire Price will be determined by the Company’s prevailing price list at the time of this agreement.

  • HIRER shall make payment of the Hire Price in full prior to shipping the GOODS.

  • In certain circumstances, the MVHT may, in its absolute discretion, elect to refund part or all of the Hire Price.

  • A deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Hire Price will be paid immediately upon booking of rental.


More Definitions of Hire Price

Hire Price means the sum of money as specified on the Quotation Form together with the disbursements estimated on the Quotation Form payable by You to Us in the manner as set out therein.
