Hire Conditions definition

Hire Conditions means Garic’s standard conditions of hire to a Customer as set out in Appendix 1 (which incorporates (as amended therein) either the BVLRA Conditions, or the CPA Conditions or the CPA Lifting Conditions);
Hire Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in Annexure B. Interest means interest on any payment owing under this Agreement (which the Terms and Conditions form part of) calculated: (a) at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if lower, the maximum rate permitted by applicable law; and daily from the date on which such payment was due to the date on which the payment is made (both inclusive) including the relevant Interest.
Hire Conditions means the conditions of hire, which form part of the Contract between the Council and the Hirer.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if the Hirer becomes aware of what it determines in good faith to be a breach of the above representations and warranties, the Hirer is entitled to terminate any Hire Contract entered into pursuant to the Hire Conditions, and any other agreement between the parties, with immediate effect.

  • The Hirer undertakes to be present, or to arrange for sufficient adult representation to be present throughout the period of hire to ensure compliance with the Hire Conditions.

  • In the event of such termination, the Hirer shall have no liability to the Owner under these Hire Conditions or the Hire Contract for any fees, reimbursements or other compensation or for any other loss, cost, claim or damage resulting, directly or indirectly, from such termination except of charges due for the Hire Period up until the date of termination of the Hire Contract.

  • The Hirer undertakes to ensure that they have an understanding of the Hire Conditions for the time being in force.

Any one or more of the aforementioned performance criteria may be stated as a percentage of another performance criteria, or used on an absolute or relative basis to measure the performance of one or more members of the Company Group as a whole or any divisions or operational and/or business units, product lines, brands, business segments, or administrative departments of the Company and/or one or more members of the Company Group or any combination thereof, as the Committee may deem appropriate, or any of the above performance criteria may be compared to the performance of a selected group of comparison companies, or a published or special index that the Committee, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, or as compared to various stock market indices.

  • Unsafe condition as used in this clause means the actual or potential exposure of contractor or Government employees to a hazardous material as defined in Federal Standard No. 313, and any revisions thereto during the term of this contract, or any other material or working condition designated by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) as potentially hazardous and requiring safety controls.

  • Termination Conditions means, collectively, (a) the payment in full in cash of the Obligations (other than (i) contingent indemnification obligations not then due and (ii) Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements and Secured Cash Management Agreements) and (b) the termination of the Commitments and the termination or expiration of all Letters of Credit under this Agreement (unless the Outstanding Amount of the L/C Obligations related thereto has been Cash Collateralized on terms reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank, backstopped by a letter of credit reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank or deemed reissued under another agreement reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank).

  • fair and reasonable conditions means appropriate conditions, including possible financial terms or royalty-free conditions, taking into account the specific circumstances of the request for access, for example the actual or potential value of the results or background to which access is requested and/or the scope, duration or other characteristics of the exploitation envisaged;

  • Extension Conditions Defined in Section 3.06(a).

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Distribution Conditions means, with respect to any Restricted Payment or Restricted Junior Debt Prepayment, the following:

  • OTHER CONDITIONS Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. This contract is void if the Party of the Second Part does not hold a valid license in accordance with Section 6-17-401 A.C.A. for the full term of the contract.   • Condition Satisfaction Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Acute condition means that the individual is medically unstable. Such an individual requires frequent monitoring by medical professionals, such as physicians and registered nurses, in order to maintain his or her health status.

  • Poor foundation conditions means those areas where features exist which indicate that a natural or man-induced event may result in inadequate foundation support for the structural components of an SWLF unit.
