Hillshire means Defendant The Hillshire Brands Company, a Maryland corporation with its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.

  • In the case of your attaining age 55 or older and if you have at least 10 years of service with the Hillshire Companies when your employment terminates, or in the case of your attaining age 65 regardless of service, the Option will continue to vest after your termination and the last date on which your Option Shares may be exercised will be the Expiration Date.

  • Seller shall promptly provide copies of any proposed further lease amendments to the Hillshire Lease to Purchaser, and such proposed amendment shall require the consent of Purchaser, which consent may be withheld in Purchaser’s sole discretion.
