Hightimes definition

Hightimes means Hightimes Holding Corp., a corporation governed by the laws of the State of Delaware;
Hightimes has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Hightimes shall include any successor or assign thereof. This Note shall be deemed to be the joint work product of the parties and any rule of construction that a document shall be interpreted or construed against a drafter of such document shall not be applicable to this Note.
