High Speed Operational Performance Regime means the regime of performance measurement, management and incentives for whole system performance of the HS2 Network to be developed by HS2 Limited with the collaboration of the Franchisee in accordance with paragraph 46 of Schedule 18.2 (Accepted Programme Specific Requirements);

  • Within thirty (30) Weekdays of receipt of HS2 Limited’s High Speed Operational Performance Regime Proposal, the Franchisee shall provide to the Secretary of State a detailed financial breakdown of the cost of implementing the High Speed Operational Performance Regime Proposal which shall include a Value for Money Assessment.

  • The Franchisee shall work with Network Rail and collaborate with HS2 Limited in accordance with paragraph 4 of this Schedule 18.2 to enable HS2 Limited to deliver a draft plan which sets out the High Speed Operational Performance Regime in order to inform the development of the HS2 Track Access Agreement (“ High Speed Operational Performance Regime Proposal”).
