  • If High Demand Equipment used in the Premises by Tenant affects the temperature otherwise maintained by the heating and air conditioning system, Landlord shall have the right to install supplemental air conditioning units in the Premises and/or require Tenant to use any existing supplemental units serving the Premises.

  • On-site recruitment events for targeted businesses in the OC Region’s High Demand Industries: Advanced Manufacturing, Health Care, Information Technology and Hospitality & Tourism.

  • With twelve (12) months prior notice before the start of any Contract Year, Utility may change these High Demand Months, provided that there may only be two High Demand Months.
