H.I.G. Parties definition

H.I.G. Parties means H.I.G. Surgery Centers, LLC and any of its Affiliates.
H.I.G. Parties means H.I.G. Capital, LLC, H.I.G. Binder LLC, and any and all affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, committees, agents, and representatives of the foregoing.

  • Selling Parties shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Note Parties means, collectively, the Company and each Guarantor.

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Covenantors means the Group Companies, the Founder and the Founder Holding Company, and a “Covenantor” means any of the Covenantors.

  • Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:
