Hiab definition

Hiab means the Hiab/Cargotec Corporation entity identified in the Order Confirmation and entering into the Contract with the Customer.

Hiab means the Cargotec Corporation legal entity described in Section 14 below or the Cargotec Corporation legal entity that is identified as a party to the Customer Agreement. In case of conflicts between the Cargotec Corporation entities in Section 14 below and the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement prevails.

Examples of Hiab in a sentence

  • Employees who have undertaken the appropriate training or obtained the appropriate license to operate plant and equipment, such as cherry pickers, boom lifts and Hiab trucks, will exercise these skills or use such licenses when required to by the Company.

  • This formula will apply to "Hiab" operators and to Power Line Technicians, Line Truck Operator and Driver/Helpers hauling poles with line trucks.
