Hedged Position definition

Hedged Position means the purchase, sale, execution or holding of one or more (i) positions or contracts on securities, options, futures, derivatives, Funds Units or currencies, (ii) securities lending transactions, or (iii) other instruments or agreements (however described) made to hedge the risk relating to execution and performance of the Issuer's obligations under the Warrants, whether individually or on a portfolio basis.
Hedged Position means all grain inventory, fixed price sales contracts, fixed price corn purchase contracts and futures positions of the Company relating to its annual grind.

  • The "Maximum Hedged Position" shall mean the largest number of Warrant Shares that were the subject of, or included in, such a swap or hedging transaction, at any one time outstanding, by the Holder.

  • Long Position means a buy position that appreciates in value if market prices increase. In respect of Currency Pairs: buying the Base Currency against the Quote Currency.

  • Comparable Position means a position where:

  • Shielded position means the location within the radiographic exposure device or storage container which, by manufacturer's design, is the proper location for storage of the sealed source.

  • Permanent Position Any position which has required, or which will require the services of an incumbent without interruption, for an indefinite period.
