Heavy Load Hours (HLH) definition
Heavy Load Hours (HLH). (08/15/08 Version) means hours ending 0700 through 2200 hours Pacific Prevailing Time (PPT), Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays as designated by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC). BPA may update this definition as necessary to conform to standards of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC), North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB), or NERC.

Heavy Load Hours (HLH) means the hours from 0700 hours to 2200 hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. Historical Period of Record means the historical period beginning August 1928 (updated at a minimum every ten years) containing the record of streamflows used for planning under this Agreement.
