HEAR definition

HEAR means the radio frequency that may be used for ambulance-to- hospital and hospital-to-hospital radio communications.
HEAR or “be heard” means that an opportunity is to be given to a party to make representations either orally or in writing;
HEAR means to hear orally, whether with or without receiving written submissions;

Related to HEAR

  • Meeting means any meeting of:

  • Courts or “Trial Court(s)” means one or more of the fifty-eight (58) superior courts in the California state trial court system.

  • Hearing means an oral hearing and includes a hearing conducted in whole or in part by video link, telephone or other means of instantaneous two-way electronic communication;

  • Conference means all activities associated with any functions, room rentals, and/or meals on the dates indicated, that are the subject of this Agreement, as described on the Standard Agreement Coversheet form.

  • Review Board has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(i) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Mediation means a process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • Formal Dispute means a written objection by an Interested Party to any of the following:

  • Appellate court means the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, or both, as appropriate.

  • Competent Court of Law means any court or tribunal or any similar judicial or quasi- judicial body in India that has jurisdiction to adjudicate upon issues relating to this Agreement;

  • Ontario Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

  • Hearing aid means any externally wearable instrument or device designed for or offered for the purpose of aiding or com- pensating for impaired human hearing and any parts, attachments, or accessories of such an instrument or device, except batteries and cords.

  • Quebec Court means the Superior Court of Quebec.

  • Competent Court means the Supreme Court of India or any High Court, or any tribunal or any similar judicial or quasi-judicial body that has jurisdiction in relation to issues relating to the Project.

  • Federal Court means the Federal Court of Australia.

  • sitting means, in relation to a House, a period during which that House is sitting continuously without adjournment, and includes any period during which the House is in committee;

  • County review agency means an agency designated by the County Board of Chosen Freeholders to review municipal stormwater management plans and implementing ordinance(s). The county review agency may either be:

  • Appellate Tribunal means the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal referred to in section 109;

  • Chosen Courts has the meaning set forth in Section 9.9.

  • Panel means the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers;

  • Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.

  • Tribal Court ’ means a court with juris- diction over child custody proceedings and which is either a Court of Indian Offenses, a court established and operated under the code or custom of an Indian tribe, or any other ad- ministrative body of a tribe which is vested with authority over child custody proceedings.
