Healthcare Permit definition

Healthcare Permit means, with respect to any Person, a permit issued or required under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of Borrower or any Guarantor, or necessary in the possession, ownership, warehousing, marketing, promoting, sale, labeling, furnishing, distribution or delivery of goods or services under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of Borrower or any Guarantor.
Healthcare Permit means a Permit (a) issued or required under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or necessary in the possession, ownership, warehousing, marketing, promoting, sale, labeling, furnishing, distribution or delivery of goods or services under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, (b) issued by any Person from which any Borrower has, as of the Closing Date, received an accreditation, and/or (c) issued or required under Healthcare Laws applicable to the ownership or operation of any business location of a Borrower.
Healthcare Permit means any Permit, approval, clearance, authorization, license, registration, enrollment, provider or supplier number, certificate, concession, grant, franchise, variance or permission from, and any other contractual obligations with and exemptions issued or allowed by any Governmental Entity or third party that are required for the Acquired Companies to operate in accordance with Healthcare Laws.

Examples of Healthcare Permit in a sentence

  • All such Healthcare Permits are valid and in full force and effect and Borrowers are in material compliance with the terms and conditions of all such Healthcare Permits, except where failure to be in such compliance or for a Healthcare Permit to be valid and in full force and effect would not have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • All such Healthcare Permits are valid and in full force and effect and Borrowers are in material compliance with the terms and conditions of all such Healthcare Permits, except where failure to be in such compliance or for a Healthcare Permit to be valid and in full force and effect could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.


More Definitions of Healthcare Permit

Healthcare Permit means a Permit (a) issued or required under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of any Borrower or any of its Affiliates or necessary in the possession, ownership, marketing, promoting, sale, furnishing, distribution or delivery of goods or services under Healthcare Laws, (b) issued by any Person from which any Borrower has, as of the Closing Date, received an accreditation (including, without limitation, the JC), and/or (c) issued or required under Healthcare Laws applicable to the ownership, leasing and/or operation of a Project.
Healthcare Permit means any permit, accreditation or certification required by any Governmental Entity in order for the Company and its Subsidiaries to conduct its business under applicable Healthcare Laws.
Healthcare Permit means a Permit (a) issued or required under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of any Borrower (including, without limitation, such Borrower’s operation of an Individual Property as a Senior Living Facility) or any of its subsidiaries or necessary in the possession, ownership, warehousing, marketing, promoting, sale, labeling, furnishing, distribution or delivery of goods or services under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business conducted by such Borrower or any of its subsidiaries, (b) issued by any person from which any Borrower has, as of the date hereof, received an accreditation, and/or (c) issued or required under Healthcare Laws applicable to the ownership or operation of any business conducted by any Borrower.
Healthcare Permit means a Permit (a) issued or required under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or necessary in the possession, ownership, warehousing, marketing, promoting, sale, labeling, furnishing, distribution or delivery of goods or services under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of a Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, and/or (b) issued by any Person from which any Borrower has, as of the Effective Date, received an accreditation (including, without limitation, JCAHO).
Healthcare Permit means, with respect to any Person and its ordinary course business activities, any Governmental Approval (i) issued or required under any Healthcare Laws applicable to such activities of such Person, including activities related to the provision of billing or invoicing for the sale of goods or services regulated or administered under any Healthcare Laws, or (ii) issued to such Person or required to be held by such Person under any Healthcare Laws.
Healthcare Permit has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
Healthcare Permit means any Permit (a) issued or required under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries or necessary in the possession, ownership, operation, warehousing, marketing, promoting, sale, labeling, furnishing, distribution or delivery of goods or services under Healthcare Laws applicable to the business of any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries or any Supported Practice, (b) issued by any Person from which any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries or any Supported Practice has, as of the Closing Date, received an accreditation where such accreditation is required for such Credit Party to conduct its business and/or participate in and receive payment under any Government Reimbursement Program or other Third-Party Payor Arrangement, as applicable, or (c) necessary to enable any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries or any Supported Practice to conduct its business and/or participate in and receive payment under any Government Reimbursement Program or other Third-Party Payor Arrangement, as applicable.
