Healthcare Deferred Compensation Plans definition

Healthcare Deferred Compensation Plans means the nonqualified deferred compensation plans listed in Schedule 6.4(a) and any other legacy nonqualified deferred compensation plan sponsored by members of the Healthcare Group.
