Health organization means the same as “health care entity” for the purposes of the Rules and Regulations herein.

Ch. 63 (relating to professional health services plan corporations), a preferred provider organization as defined in the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.682, No.284), known as "The Insurance Company Law of 1921," except that the term does not include a life or health insurer or a property or casualty insurer subject to Article V-A.
