Health Evaluation definition

Health Evaluation means an evaluation that provides the IEP team with information on the child’s physical condition and may include, but is not limited to:
Health Evaluation means the evaluation carried out by the relevant medical professional (as specified in clause 12.2) and is in the form supplied by the NZOC upon request.
