Health Emergency definition

Health Emergency means an event that has caused, or is likely to imminently cause, a major adverse health impact to the Borrower, associated with a natural or man-made crisis or disaster.
Health Emergency means a situation in which the Landlord determines, based on advice from a medical professional, or a directive, bulletin, notice or other form of communication from a public health authority, that occupants, tenants, invitees or contractors working in the Building are or may be exposed to imminent danger from a disease, virus or other biological or physical agents that may be detrimental to human health.”
