Health Care Network definition

Health Care Network. A defined group of Participating Providers that is available to provide Covered Services to Enrollees according to the terms of a Health Benefit Plan. Health Care Networks in which Provider has agreed to participate are identified by the Schedules incorporated as attachments to this Agreement.
