Health Campus definition

Health Campus means the Site and all improvements situated on it (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Public Patient Facility, the Private Patient Facility, the Shared Infrastructure, the Commercial Facilities and all other improvements situated on the Site).
Health Campus means all of the lands included in Work Area A as shown in Appendix 2H [Site Plan];
Health Campus has the meaning set out in Schedule 3 [Design and Construction Specifications];

More Definitions of Health Campus

Health Campus means a comprehensive mix of acute and ambulatory services and shall be in accordance with the approved Heritage Valley Neighbourhood 14 Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP).
Health Campus means the Midland Health Campus to be designed, constructed and commissioned by the Operator on the Site in accordance with this Agreement, including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Public Patient Facility, the Private Patient Facility, the Shared Infrastructure, the Commercial Facilities and all other improvements to be situated on the Site.

  • Health screening means the use of one or more diagnostic tools to test a person for the presence or precursors of a particular disease.

  • Federal Health Care Program means any “federal health care program” as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(f), including Medicare, state Medicaid programs, state CHIP programs, the Veterans Administration, TRICARE and similar or successor programs with or for the benefit of any Governmental Authority, and in each case any third party payor administering such programs.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Health care provider or "provider" means:

Indian Health Care Provider includes a 638 Facility and provision of Indian Health Service Contract Health Services (IHS CHS).

  • Mental health facility means a mental health facility as defined by the Inpatient Mental Health Treatment of Children Act;
