  • Prior to being assigned to officiate at the Tournament, each referee who is 18 or older must have passed the required IYSA background search, submitted his/her Heads Up Concussion in Youth Sports Completion Certificate and the current annual US Center for Safe Sport Training Completion Certificate, and be in good standing with the IYSA, ISSA, ISRC, USSF.

  • The Referee Assignor must ensure that any referee aged 18 or older has passed the required IYSA Background Search, submitted the Heads Up Concussion Completion Certificate and the current annual US Center for Safe Sport Training Completion Certificate.

  • The Tournament Referee Assignor must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, be licensed as a US Soccer (USSF) Referee Assignor in Illinois, must have passed the required IYSA Background Search, submitted he Heads Up Concussion in Youth Sports Completion Certificate, submitted the current annual US Center for Safe Sport Training Completion Certificate, and is in good standing with Illinois Soccer Referee Committee (ISRC), IYSA, ISSA, USSF at the time of this Tournament.

  • Before The Tournament is considered for approval, The Tournament Director and any adult including Third Party Management Company Representative who has regular contact with or authority over and/or has access to the data of youth participants at the Tournament must have submitted through the IYSA website and passed the required IYSA Background Search, Heads Up Concussion in Youth Sports Completion Certificate and the current annual US Center for Safe Sport Training Completion Certificate.

  • The Tournament Host agrees that every adult volunteering/working including but not limited to referees, administrators, independent contractors or 3rd party vendors in this Tournament who has regular contact with or authority over and/or has access to the data of youth participants at the Tournament has passed the current IYSA background search and has the CDC Heads Up Concussion Training Certificate and the annual US Center for SafeSport Training Certificate.

  • Additionally, all referees must submit to the Tournament Referee Assignor the following: Concussion Training Completion Certificate from the National Alliance for Youth Sports or Heads Up Concussion in Youth Sports, the USSF Introduction to Safe and Healthy Playing Environments, the IYSA Emergency Medical Release & Liability Waiver.

  • The Assignor must have passed the required USSF Background Search and submitted the following documents to the IYSA: the current annual US Center for Safe Sport Training Completion Certificate, Concussion Training Completion Certificate from the National Alliance for Youth Sports or Heads Up Concussion in Youth Sports, the USSF Introduction to Safe and Healthy Playing Environments, the current IYSA Emergency Medical Release & Liability Waiver.
