Headquarters Operations definition

Headquarters Operations means all of the business operations, support functions, and other activities conducted by Seller and its Subsidiaries at the Headquarters Facility (including all assets of Sellers and its Subsidiaries located at the Headquarters Facility and any other assets of Sellers and its Subsidiaries exclusively or primarily related to, or used exclusively or primarily in, the Headquarters Facility or the conduct of such activities), except for the Excluded Staff Functions.
