Headend facilities definition

Headend facilities means a master facility that receives communications signals and process them for distribution to a local region. “Exhibition Equipment” means the display screens and audio processing equipment for the News Broadcast Services. Contractor shall (1) use the Headend Facilities for installing and housing racks and satellite dishes and (2) install the minimum number of Exhibition Equipment at the following Premises; as shown in Exhibits 03 National Airport Current Exhibition
Headend facilities means all equipment and property used by a cable operator to receive, process, originate, or retransmit signals into its cable distribution network.
