Words have their normal meaning under the English language unless specifically defined. 2.2 Entire AgreementThe Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Supplier and supersedes all communications, negotiations and agreements (whether written or oral) of parties with respect thereto made prior to the date of Contract Agreement; except those stated under GCC Sub Clause 7.1(i). 2.3 AmendmentNo amendment or other variation of the Contract shall be valid unless it is in writing, is dated, expressly refers to the Contract, and is signed by a duly authorised representative of each party thereto.
