Company employs and/or contracts with one or more individuals (each a “Employee”) to provide services on behalf of the Company at the Clinic, and Company desires to employ Employee, and Employee desires to be employed by Company, to provide HCLD services at the Clinic on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
