  • transaction advisor means appointed advisor / consultant by BSNL to assist them in works related to bid process management and conclusion of transactions related to the Said Land Parcel. The Transaction Advisor for Said Land Parcel is Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System Ltd.

  • Expert Advisor means a mechanical online trading system designed to automate trading activities on an electronic trading platform such as the Company’s Trading Platform.   • Investment Consultant means PMA Asset Management, LLC, or such other Person who shall be acceptable to the Governing Board.
