HC Program definition

HC Program or “Housing Credit Program” means the rental housing program administered by the Corporation pursuant to Section 42 of the IRC and Section 420.5099, F.S., under which the Corporation is designated the Housing Credit agency for the state of Florida within the meaning of Section 42(h)(7)(A) of the IRC and this rule chapter.
HC Program means the Low-Income or Very Low-Income rental housing program administered by the Corporation pursuant to Section 42 of the Code and Section 420.5099, Florida Statutes, under which the Corporation is designated the Housing Credit agency for the State of Florida within the meaning of Section 42(h)(7)(A) of the Code, and this Rule Chapter.
HC Program means the HealthChoices Program implemented by Oxford for Medical Assistance recipients in the Oxford Service Area.

Examples of HC Program in a sentence

  • With respect to the HC Program, an Eligible Person shall mean a Family having a combined income which meets the income eligibility requirements of the HC Program and Section 42 of the IRC.
