HC Program definition

HC Program or “Housing Credit Program” means the rental housing program administered by the Corporation pursuant to Section 42 of the IRC and Section 420.5099, F.S., under which the Corporation is designated the Housing Credit agency for the state of Florida within the meaning of Section 42(h)(7)(A) of the IRC and this rule chapter.
HC Program means the HealthChoices Program implemented by Oxford for Medical Assistance recipients in the Oxford Service Area.
HC Program means the Low-Income or Very Low-Income rental housing program administered by the Corporation pursuant to Section 42 of the Code and Section 420.5099, Florida Statutes, under which the Corporation is designated the Housing Credit agency for the State of Florida within the meaning of Section 42(h)(7)(A) of the Code, and this Rule Chapter.

Examples of HC Program in a sentence

  • Exception: An individual who is determined eligible for Healthy Horizons for cost sharing coverage only (categories PG and PL) will not be enrolled in the HC Program.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create any association, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between the Client and the HC with respect to the HC Program or otherwise.

  • Change in Member’s status to a recipient group which is exempt from the HC Program.

  • Oxford shall further indemnify, defend and hold PA HRM harmless from and against any liability or claim arising from the operation of the HC Program prior to the Effective Date.

  • This Section 4.3 shall not prohibit collection of Covered Member deductibles or copayments (if permitted under the HC Program) or coordination of benefits, subrogation payments for services other than Covered Services, or other payments by other insurers or plans.

  • As a condition precedent to the adoption of the Transition Plan, Oxford shall provide to PA HRM all material information it has in its possession about the HC Program, including data tapes of the Oxford claims systems and other systems in a mutually acceptable format.

  • PA HRM shall assume full responsibility for the member services that are required under the HC Program and Oxford standards and policies.

  • During the Term, Oxford, as an HMO, shall be responsible for and perform the following services relating to the HC Program.

  • PA HRM shall assure that provider relations are managed to assure competent operation of the HC Program.

  • The foregoing shall not preclude the collection by Oxford Par Providers of deductibles and copayments or payments for services other than Covered Services from Covered Members as permitted under the applicable Oxford Plan and applicable HC Program provisions.

Related to HC Program

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.
