HAZWOPER definition

HAZWOPER means the OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response course (29 CFR 1910.120(a)(1)(i-v) and (29 CFR 1926.65(a)(1)(i-v)).
HAZWOPER means Hazardous Waste Operations Training as defined in 29 CFR 1910.120(e), effective November 7, 2002, and 67 FR 67964, the provisions of which are incorporated by reference and on file with the Secretary of State. This rule does not include any later amendments or editions of the incorporated matter. Copies of these standards are available at the office of the Board of Technical Registration.
HAZWOPER means Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response.
