Hazardous Substances Activities definition

Hazardous Substances Activities means the transportation, transfer, recycling, storage, use, treatment, manufacture, removal, remediation, release, exposure of others to, sale or distribution of any Hazardous Substances or any product or waste containing a Hazardous Substance, or product manufactured with ozone depleting substances, including, without limitation, any required labeling, payment of waste fees or charges (including so-called e-waste fees) and compliance with any product take-back or product content requirements.
Hazardous Substances Activities means the use, handling, transportation, distribution, sale, release or threatened release of, or remedial action concerning any Hazardous Substance, performed in connection with any of the Owned Real Property or Leased Real Property.

  • Hazardous Activity means the distribution, generation, handling, importing, management, manufacturing, processing, production, refinement, Release, storage, transfer, transportation, treatment or use (including any withdrawal or other use of groundwater) of Hazardous Material in, on, under, about or from any of the Facilities or any part thereof into the Environment and any other act, business, operation or thing that increases the danger, or risk of danger, or poses an unreasonable risk of harm, to persons or property on or off the Facilities.
