HARP Enrollee definition

HARP Enrollee means an MMC Eligible Person who, either personally or through an authorized representative, has enrolled in the Contractor's HARP. "Health and Recovery Plan (HARP)" means an MCO certified pursuant to Section forty-four hundred three-d (4403-d) of Article 44 of the PHL which, in addition to providing or arranging for the provision of comprehensive health services on a capitated basis, including those for which Medical Assistance payment is authorized pursuant to Section three hundred sixty-five-a (365-a) of the SSL, also provides or arranges for specialized and integrated physical and behavioral health services for adults with serious mental illness (SMI) and Substance Use Disorders (SUD) who are eligible to receive benefits under Title XIX of the federal Social Security Act or other public programs.
HARP Enrollee means an MMC Eligible Person who, either personally or through an authorized representative, has enrolled in the Contractor's HARP.

  • Health care plan means any contract, policy or other arrangement for benefits or services for medical or dental care or treatment under:

  • Managed care plan means a health benefit plan that either requires a covered person to use, or creates incentives, including financial incentives, for a covered person to use health care providers managed, owned, under contract with or employed by the health carrier.
