Hardware Tools definition

Hardware Tools means hardware development system(s), as may be updated or changed from time to time, that SCEA may sell to Company hereunder.
Hardware Tools means the hardware components of the development systems used for development of PlayStation Compatible Products, or portions of such components, as updated or changed, that SIE may provide to Licensed Publishers or Licensed Developers. “Hardware Tools” does not include Software Tools.
Hardware Tools means the hardware described in the Tool Catalog which was developed by Sony for use in the creation of Executable Software.

  • The nontransferable license of the Software Tools within the Hardware Tools may act as a restriction or prohibition against the resale of the Hardware Tools.

  • Publisher shall be solely responsible for the installation and administration of Hardware Tools.

  • Publisher shall not sell, lease, license, transfer or dispose of the loaned Hardware Tools, or permit any lien or encumbrance.

  • Developer will not, except as provided herein, permit, directly or indirectly, any third party to use all or any part of the Hardware Tools.

  • SCEA shall pay applicable shipping charges for all Hardware Tools shipped; however, risk of loss to the Hardware Tools shall transfer to Company upon SCEA's delivery of the Hardware Tools to SCEA's common carrier of choice.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, Company shall pay for the Hardware Tool(s) in full prior to delivery, and title to all Hardware Tools shall remain with SCEA until SCEA has received full payment.

Hardware Tools means the hardware components of the Development Tools described in the SourceBook, Tool Catalog or other Documentation which were developed by SCEA or an Affiliate of SCEA for use in the creation of Executable Software and shall include any revised, updated, modified or enhanced version of the whole or any of the components thereof and any subsequently added peripheral component(s) or device(s).

Related to Hardware Tools

  • Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.
