Hardware Subscription definition

Hardware Subscription means the continued use of Hardware, Software, Software Updates and Services for a recurring payment, as described in the Proposal and pursuant to the conditions of this Agreement.

  • At the end of the Hardware Subscription Period the Fees for all Subscribed Hardware shall increase in accordance with CoolCare’s standard rates for such Subscribed Hardware then in force, and be charged monthly in advance until the end of the Subscribed Hardware Risk Period.

  • If Customer fails to pay Swisslog for Hardware, or fails to make Hardware Lease or Hardware Subscription payments; (1) Swisslog may elect, at its option and discretion, to take possession of such Hardware and lease or sell such Hardware, and (2) Customer hereby gives Swisslog permission to access the applicable installation site to de-install, remove, and repossess such Hardware, and (3) Such repossession and removal shall be without prejudice to any other Swisslog remedies at law or in equity.

  • Each of the foregoing may be referred to herein as a “Party,” or collectively as “Parties.” Customer agrees to purchase and Swisslog Healthcare agrees to furnish Hardware, Subscription orders, Software and/or Services, as defined in Section 2 herein, according to the provisions of the proposal, incorporated here by reference (“Proposal”), subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • Products means Hardware Subscription to the Software Subscription to SaaS and the right.

Related to Hardware Subscription

  • PIPE Subscription Agreements has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
