Hard Tooled definition
Hard Tooled has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(c).
Hard Tooled means incorporated into the tooling in a manner where the tooling must be modified in order for the tooling to produce components not bearing the Seller Guarantor Trademarks and Logos.
