Hard Assets definition

Hard Assets means the assets to be transferred to AIM pursuant to the Fixed Asset Transfer Agreement.
Hard Assets shall include the types of equipment described on Exhibit K hereto under the following Asset Codes: 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 30 and 50.
Hard Assets. The Property and all of the Tangible Personal Property owned by Seller other than the Excluded Assets, as set forth on Schedule I, attached hereto.

More Definitions of Hard Assets

Hard Assets shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2(a).
Hard Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(d).
Hard Assets may include computer equipment, office equipment, lab and test equipment and furnishings.
Hard Assets means the orderly liquidation value of the unencumbered tangible assets of Able Labs as reported pursuant to an appraisal acceptable to the Bank in its sole discretion (such as the Appraisal of MB Valuation Services, Inc. dated March 21, 1997, referenced as an example for illustrative purposes only, it being acknowledged that the actual orderly liquidation value of such Hard Assets shall be adjusted from time to time to reflect the actual orderly liquidation value of such assets).

Related to Hard Assets

  • Fixed Assets means Equipment and Real Estate.

  • Client Assets means assets which a bank has undertaken to hold for a client (whether or not on trust, and whether or not the undertaking has been complied with);
