Handheld Computing Device definition
Handheld Computing Device means any RAM-based electronic computing device (including without limitation a cellular telephone, personal digital assistant and Pocket PC) that is small enough to be used while held in the user’s hand, that may or may not be capable of networked operation, including Internet access, that contains a computer microprocessor, and that can run software applications or Web-Based Software.
